Liz’s baking skill is showcased in my personal two favorites: the cheesecake and the roll cake. The cheesecake deserves a chef’s kiss. It’s creamy, rich, and downright delicious. Her roll cake is gorgeous— beautifully decorated, light, and airy. Both are exquisitely done and amazingly addicting; you shouldn’t expect leftovers.
Liz is a great baker— she does her very best to accommodate your needs and preferences. Her cheesecake is one of my personal favorites— a good balance of heavy and light, super creamy, and not too sweet. The crust is a crowd pleaser— rich and buttery with a smidge of sugar mixed in! Highly recommend!
