Our Story
As the daughter of two Vietnamese parents, Elizabeth immigrated to the United States with her family over 30 years ago with nothing except a few belongings and the determination to live the American dream. Arriving at the age of 17, barely speaking any English, Elizabeth graduated high school and supported herself through college along with her whole family to earn her Bachelor and Masters degree in biology and public health.
Where we are today
As a chemist turned chef, Elizabeth Nguyen self-taught the art of cooking using her chemistry knowledge to experiment with new recipes. Her attention to detail and high standards results in high-quality dishes for her loved ones to enjoy.
After years of perfecting this craft, she’s ready to share her creations. Whether it’s savory egg rolls or a delightful Portuguese egg tart, she’s confident you’ll love her creations.
She enjoys creating cultural delights to honor the many cultures around the world. Her favorites include Beef Wellington, Curries, and Empanadas.
